Announcing: Career Mom Radio podcast!

Erica Douglas has been working hard to gather a team of moms together to talk about the decisions women make around career and family. The show will be a weekly show dedicated to moms who’ve made one of three choices: they’ve left work for a year or two or three to raise a child, and now they’re considering coming back; they have faced that decision and decided to stay home; or they’re in the workplace, and looking to make decisions on what to do to better manage the balance.

This beta episode is published so that we can get your feedback, and so that we can work out some technical details. Please pardon some of the audio quality. It’s a work in progress, and lots of these moms had never recorded audio until Erica convinced them to work on the show.
