Article at Grasshopper Factory- Big Wave to Surf

I just wrote another fairly long essay Grasshopper Factory about what I think is coming up next for podcasters to consider. The beginning is a weird mix of metaphors, as I struggle to hone in on the one that I best feel suits the current conditions for podcasters. And then, it just goes!

I think we’re on to something here. it’s inspiring me to hell and back about Grasshopper New Media. I think I have the right idea, and that I just have to build the framework into my organization and offerings to make it happen.
