Jeff Pulver is at it again. He’s started a blog-tag game for Blog Day, this time with a really neat twist. Highlight five blogs from anywhere in the world that aren’t necessarily your blog’s subject matter, viewpoint, or style. I love the premise, because it’s yet another way to reach out and find something new. The idea of pointing out international blogs is even more fun to me, because it makes me think a bit more.
Here are five blogs of people I know from around the world that you should check out:
- [Productivity Workflows] – Dr. Pascal Venier, Manchester UK
- Blonde 2.0 – Ayelet Noff, Israel
- The Gay Expat – Jeffrey Taylor, Paris, France
- Sui Generis – Derrick Kwa, Singapore
- Talking Story – Rosa Say, Hawaii US
(Side note: I wanted one US blog in this mix, but snickered when I put up Rosa’s, because LOTS of people in the US make the mistake of calling Hawaii another country. Sad, sad Americans.)
So there you have it. Five blogs you probably aren’t reading, by intelligent people from very different walks of life. Check them out, read a few posts, comment if you find something worthwhile, and then consider subscribing.
Now, to tag five victims, er, friends:
Cory Dinon, Doug Haslam, Rob Hatch, Michelle Lamar, and Jon Glassett. Show me/us five blogs from wherever that people should get to know.
