Here’s what’s on the go for me in the next several weeks:
- Monday: Massachusetts
- Tuesday: Connecticut
- Wed, Thurs: Massachusetts
- Friday morning, New York (hopefully to hang out with Jeff Jarvis and talk Network2 stuff.
- Saturday the 28th: L.A. at Halloween Vlogfest- This is a cool event put on by Steve and Zadi, and will be a total rockstar event for the new media video world. It’s going to be cool because of all the Halloween content created by videoblogger types and screened big. But it’s also going to be a party to welcome Amanda to L.A. , and that should be nice. (Thanks again to Steve Garfield for pointing me towards this event.)
- Nov 3-5: San FranciscoThe Vloggies- the slightly tongue-in-cheek awards show put on by Irina and Robert. This should be fun, and we’re having a kind of podcampy visit ahead of time, suggested by Steve Garfield and Andrew Baron.
- Nov 10-12: Pittsburgh for PodCamp Pittsburgh with Justin. – Justin’s putting together quite a show, including a great venue, and a few other interesting sponsor projects, and tie-ins. His version of an interactive event will really spin your head around. Can you get over to Pittsburgh? This might be really fun to catch.
- Nov 15th: New York City for The Network2 Networking Party. You can still come. Just RSVP to chris at network2.tv and let me know if you can make it. (Pass this on to your video creating friends, too, okay?)
Part of being a community developer is going out and meeting the communities. This is how I’m getting that done. I’m also working on some other things, which I’ll get posted here soon.
