There is a good mix of &#039;emotional wisdom&#039; and &#039;practical commercial advice&#039; in here too.  I think your point on offering value is so insightful.  So many of us fail at the first hurdle of personal branding and try and &#039;be famous&#039; in our circle before we really understand our strengths and then how we can uniquely match peoples&#039; needs.  &lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;I got a lot of this post and plan to reread it again and again!&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;Thanks&lt;br&gt;Anne-Marie</description>
