Glenda Watson Hyatt Rocks

Should you ever feel a lack of motivation to blog, consider Glenda:

I have talked with @GlendaWH via Twitter before, and in comments and in Facebook, and I tell you this, I had NO IDEA all that Glenda was doing to communicate. I thought someone mentioned to me once that she was sick or something, but that information passed in and out of my head without sticking.

Here’s Glenda’s blog. She’s even written a book.

Holy cats. When every single character takes a steady thumb, and she produces as much as she does, and communicates so thoughtfully through all that work, what does it make you think and feel?

Thanks, Glenda. Thanks for blogging!

  • Inspired!
  • It makes me want to be REALLY grateful for everything I do and everything that I have. What an incredible lady! Thanks for sharing this.
  • Chris, thanks for the kind mention. This is why I LOVE blogging. I can type the way I type, but it doesn't interfere with connecting and building community with bloggers from around the world. Totally awesome!
  • It just goes to show that disabilities are often external, not internal issues. Even learning disabilities are only a speed bump along the path to doing what you want, if you are motivated to do something and make a difference every day.
  • The importance of social media is often questioned, even by myself and others who take this liberty for granted. This story reminded me how important our ability to communicate is, whether we're changing the world or telling our Twitter followers what song we just heard.
