Great Darren Rowse Problogger Interview by Guy on Sun

May 19, 2008 · Comments

brogan, clark, and rowse Guy Kawasaki blogged a great interview with Darren Rowse of Problogger over at his Sun blog. In very typical Guy fashion, it goes right into dangerous territory, asking Darren’s opinion on Seth Godin’s blog not having comments, Valleywag’s policies, and whether or not the 46,000+ subscribers to Darren’s RSS feed actually read his blog.

You’ll really dig the answers.

  • I agree with Reddknight-- one of the things that keeps me going back to Problogger is that Darren is authentic and credible.
  • @reddknight - No I haven't read the book - have got it on my To Do list to read one day ... might move it up my list.

Does Guy interview a bit? If so, would be good to know where to see/read him.
  • @Martin you may have already read Guy's Art Of The Start, but what I found refreshing was his themes of cutting out the fluff and having your act together.
  • I like Guy's interviewing style - not the tired old same-old, same-old questions. There's some meat in them questions ... enough to spark more conversations.

    Good stuff.
  • What I like about Darren is I always find him totally credible. Here's a guy making money off of blogging about blogging. He could be spewing the same smoke-and-mirror routine as the many quit-your-job-and-blog advocates, yet he is giving it to us straight about the minority actually making decent money from blogging.
