Yes as I mentioned you had to be logged in during Jul/Aug, have tweeted at least 10 times and have at least 5 friends.

The definition of effective influenced users is in beta. :) So I am open to a better mechanism if you think you can add your input I&#039;d love to hear at mukund [at] buzzgain . com
