My son, Harold, turns 3 today. He is a vibrant, funny boy, who loves to imitate animals, who has a budding sense of humor (a lot of it quirky and hard to follow), and who thinks putting together 50 piece puzzles and reading Thomas books with me is a great day.
I wish he’d eat more vegetables. His older sister grew up eating green. My boy? Beige. But hey, we get what we get.
Harold is his own man, patient, always stuck on happy, and a real charmer. He is rarely cranky, and he gives me a lot of reasons to keep moving forward.
Happy birthday, mister Harold.
