Live from the Apple Store

I’m at the Genius Bar at the Apple Store in Salem, NH. My wife’s Mac Mini (which used to be mine, but that she uses more than me) is a little sick. They’re running a surface scan, now that I swapped all the files onto a new 320GB external drive I had to buy to back up the mess.

They’re doing a swell job. This store, unlike my experience with Jeff in Century City, is really well staffed. They even have Jeff Persch at the counter. He’s got a part time gig here. Who knew?

This seesm to be the theme of the day- I had a procare appt at the Apple Store in Newark, DE this morning. But guess what? Chris Penn knows a heck of a lot more and can communicate it better and faster than the yoyo I dealt with. Go Podcamp!

I know and love that particular apple store!!!!! (folks live near by)… ahh the genuis bar… where sometimes you get a GENIUS…sometimes… not…… my newest gorgeous issue sending me to the SOHO apple store soon… spontaneous shutdowns when by macbook pro is running on battery power…. I LOVE LOVE LOVE these machines…. yet lately.. makeing me a little meshugana
