Can't wait to take a peek at this. Still my favorite is 'The Four Hour Work Week' . IMHO a must read (after Trust Agents of course).

I'll be honest, there are alot of books in the marketplace that seem to address the topic of switching careers but Alexandra's book stands out amongst the competition as being straight forward, easy-to-read and FRESH (not full of the same advice contained in many of the other books and reference guides.) Regardless of whether or not you think that you are ready for change, the author helps you realize that change is coming and it is not necessarily a "bad thing." Ms. Levit's book prepares you to make the necessary next steps to ensure success. After reading it several times, this book has been filed on my bookshelf next to "The Seven Habits..." and "How to Win Friends..." It's that good!

1.) They're not paid book reviews. I don't get paid to read or review any books. (first incorrect accusation.)

2.) No. I've written about it before. I won't review a book I don't like. Meaning, I'll read plenty of books I don't like, but I won't make a review of them. It's the way I choose to participate.

3.) You can't have the old Chris back, but here's your second incorrect response. Because I use affiliate links, you presume that I am somehow swayed to review a book in a certain way. The most I've ever made via Amazon affiliate links wouldn't pay for dinner in a nice restaurant. So, would I sacrifice my audience for writing a review that ultimately pays me a couple of bucks? Answer: no.

I know you really are trying hard to find holes in me. I know this. There are plenty. Going after me for your perception of my sincerity is a wrong turn. It's not worth the effort. I can give you the holes if you want them. I share them freely.

You must be an extremely fast reader to turn out all these paid book "reviews." Will you ever do a book review that has an affiliate link and say that it sucks? It's no fun seeing a "book review" always knowing what the answer will be. I am wanting the old Chris back.
