I&#039;m redesigning my business so it&#039;s wider and not for such a tightly controlled target market (sorry Michael Port) and felt like a bit of a failure.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;Like I&#039;m meant to a) know exactly what business I should be in from the beginning and b) not react to changing market conditions.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;Nice to be reminded that I&#039;m actually being effective... (or not).</description>

		<description>Love your point that there are no blueprints ... accepting that falls are part and parcel of flying makes it much easier to just start without all the usual procrastination and fear associated with failure ... and if you think along the lines that there is &#039;no failure only feedback&#039;, falling can take on a whole new meaning.</description>
