"The Horse Boy" book was a beautifully written portrait of one family's pain, and quest for a cure for their autistic son. I have an autistic grandson, and I'm reading everything I can on the subject. I encourage everyone with an autistic child in the family, to read this story about hope, faith, and love.

Thanks for the suggestions! So much of our time is spent online, it's great to read a book every once in awhile. I've gotten a few great ideas from books and movies- and sometimes the strangest comments or ideas will lead to a great campaign.

I'm glad you liked The Horse Boy and thanks for the shout-out, friend! I love Isaacson's writing style - how the story reads like a novel though it's non-fiction - and thought it might be one you could sink into and enjoy.

And to pair Isaacson's review with Hoobler's, very nice. I was looking for a non-work book for an upcoming trip, sounds like The Crimes of Paris will be it!
