I’ve flown a LOT lately. Most all my flights have been with JetBlue, except two. A while ago, I flew American. They cancelled my flight and made me wait all day in an airport. And now, today, I’m flying Continental. Here’s a list of why I love JetBlue:
- JetBlue’s airplanes look nicer inside. Continental is very dark.
- JetBlue’s flight crew are very friendly. Continental’s are doing their job.
- JetBlue has a TV on every seatback. Continental has fabric.
- JetBlue offers DELICIOUS in-flight snacks. Continental offered me no-name pretzels.
- JetBlue offers Dunkin Donuts coffee. Continental has Maxwell House.
- JetBlue has leg room. Continental allows the guy in front of me to drop his head into my lap.
- JetBlue has one class: the best. Continental has a first class.
- JetBlue almost never makes me lay over. Continental did it to me twice.
- JetBlue has a swell computer check-in. Continental’s was tricky and un-friendly.
I think as this flight progresses, I could keep going. Right now, I’m trying to do some other work, but this will only last until the guy’s flying companion chooses to lean back, and then I’ll have had both people’s heads in my lap. Right now, I’m trying to choke down the burnt coffee and eat the six pretzels, so I can get back a few more inches of room.
Which airline would YOU fly?
