Slacking A Bit

July 26, 2004

I’m down to single workouts right now, mostly due to all the other stuff filling up my life. We’re moving in a week or less. I’ve got a software deployment at work. Blah blah.

But isn’t it funny that I’m feeling a little guilty about not doing two workouts a day and only getting in one? Weirdo.

Slacking? Chris? I don’t think so! You are probably getting a well-deserved rest.(Though moving makes up for the second workouts) Great job on the 8 miles yesterday.

Ya, it is funny. I think I’m gonna take today off (my second rest day in a row) because I think the body needs a break but I still feel funny about it even though I’ve been averaging better than 2 hours exercise per day lately!

I agree that this is likely a much needed break. Love that body of yours and it will pay you back in spades. Besides I’ve moved yearly for the last three…hard work, hard on the body, so the extra energy will be used up I’m sure. Hope the move is a smooth one.
