Small Boxes 24 – Awkward Moments

The sound is a little rough here, so let me give you the basic storyline. At PodCampNYC, during our session on making something, I went off to the Men’s room with Nick McNeely of Question of the Week and Grace Piper of Fearless Cooking. The idea was to shoot something having to do with a telephone.

So the basic joke of the piece is that Nick and I talk to each other on the phone while we’re in the men’s room. The improv that comes out talks about rashes, things in the toilet, and being on call waiting. If you can’t hear it well, sorry.

I’ve known Nick for 15 years..but Brogan and Piper managed to illuminate an as yet never before seen side of him… I wonder what else we women miss as the men cavort/converse in the rooms of “rest”….

And they talk about women always being in restrooms together. This takes break time interaction to a whole new level . . . Very illuminating – and clever too.
