Small Boxes 32 - Boston By Water

August 9, 2007

I had the chance to take a boat ride around Boston Harbor. What I like is that you don’t usually get to see this part of the city. Confession: I used a Podsafe song, but couldn’t find who sang it when I encoded. It’s BRUISE by THE GOODBYE PLOT. Sorry for not crediting you IN the film. I’ll re-encode later.

Thanks for sharing, Chris. Shows just one of the many reasons why I love being a New Englander. We’ve got mountains, forests, lakes and the ocean right at our door. (Great choice of music too.. brought a smile to my face today.)

I’m glad you showed that. I have been reading your blog and getting your twitter posts but it nice to occasionally receive something that is not totally focused on the topic and helps us know you better by your voice, sense of humor and bringing a sense of realness to the scene. I’m looking at appropriate ways to do that on my blogs.

Hey - I know them guys!

Nice to see you getting outdoors and into the fresh air, Chris.

still thinking about our conversation and some grasshopper todos…

but wanted to voice constructive ctiticism - for some reason when it got to the various boats etc… I skipped forward to the end to her more commentary.

great ride though!

Looked wonderful. I just returned from Boston and I was impressed. Good times my friend. Good times.

Lol at “Have you ever watched stunt movies? This is the truck I’m supposed to be driving up and jumping over!”

I think that same thing every time I pass one of those trucks

Hey Chris,
This was nicely done. You are a pro behind the camera. Thanks for being my “video” coach.
Rich.

Love the video and the song is great, but I think the best part is that wicked awesome animal print car seat you have in the back. :)

That thing easily rivals Shania Twain’s outfit in the “That don’t impress me much” video. Congrats! I love it and I’m glad you took us to the harbor today.

Nice video, Chris. Shows the beauty of Boston. I too laughed out loud at your joke about the stunt driver.

Hey, next time you come to Toronto you MUST do the harbour tour here.

Hey I came across your video by chance and how suprised I was to hear the Goodbye Plot’s music playing in the background. The band is based in Manchester UK and they are in the process of recording their album. Look our for them!

Having never been to the USA, your video was most enjoyable. A real treat!
