I just found this Note from a Boss thanks to the ever-thought-provoking Seth Godin. Pretty neat to read, and it’s a good reminder. Being the boss is never as easy as you’d think. A friend of mine just had to lay off his entire staff and close down his business. Can you imagine?

    i appreciated how it paints a boss as a human being. we always say that the employees are human and deserve to be treated well, but people stereotype bosses just as much.
