SOBCon08 was Great

May 4, 2008

Jon Liz and Ann Flying back from SOBCon08 in Chicago. It was a great experience, and I’m grateful to Liz Strauss and team for putting it on. I’ll have more to say soon. I’m working on my business right now, and trying to get things done, and kind of overloaded. I’ll put up something meaningful for Monday, but I wanted you to know that SOBCon was a good time, loaded with great people, and is worth your radar for 2009.

I really hated missing SobCon-had previous client engagements.

Hope to make it next year!

What a lovely picture - captured the spirit of the event. Thanks for adding your own unique energy to the conference.

I enjoyed meeting you, after all, not too many guys sport eight dollar shirts and look good in them. :)

Chris, thanks for all you contributed to SOBCon08…not just in terms of great content in your presentation, but also in your spirit and presence. You live your brand.

Chris, really enjoyed your presentation …. I’m sorry I didn’t get to shake your hand. Had to jet back home. I’m looking forward to follow your blog and work!

So glad to have met you in person finally. Chris, your presentation about pirates will stick for quite a while. What an original take on that subject. You rocked the $8 shirt. :)

Best to you. I hope this just the beginning of more great things.

Just wanted to let you know how much I enjoyed your presentation at SOBCon - it was one of my top 3 favs.

(I didn’t get the chance to thank you in person, so, here I am.)

I think I got as much about community from who and how you are, as much as what you said (although what you said was good!). You’re a walking billboard for the power and value of caring for people.

(okay, enough flattery… see you next year!)
