One responsibility that none of us can afford to ignore is paying attention to new distribution models and formats.  Things move so quickly that there&#039;s a real danger to being static and entrenched in a couple of formats.  Seems like every time I turn around there&#039;s a new way to reach people.

Part of being smart about your show is knowing which of these to pay attention to.  I ascribe to the Apple model, to some extent.  Rather than rushing to be first always, I like to watch where people gravitate and then react to that quickly, and hopefully with a better execution.</description>

		<description>Spot on. I&#039;m all about finding as many distribution points as possible. Yes, stats aggregation is annoying, but doing this is really really worthwhile.
