Hi Chris. I am very new to the whole social networking world. I found you on Twitter (can't even remember how I found you), but am glad I did. I'm going through your many articles and information you so very generously post for all to read/see.

In reading your bio, you ask what more could you add? You've covered the biz end quite well. I would maybe add just a bit of personal info (unless, of course, you want to keep it personal).

Now...may I ask you a question as a newbie? Getting started to promote my biz online...we've already got a Twitter, Facebook and blog page going, but only the very basics as we really don't know what the heck we are doing. So far, it's been fun writing stuff, but I just found out we're not writing the right stuff. That is we were writing about our products (although I thought I was writing it in a fun way). If you could give me one piece of advice, what would it be?

With thanks,
Diana

[...] Chris Brogan had a good post the other day about how to organize your business (or rather, how he organizes his business). This quote was particularly poignant for me: Email is a system that delivers other people’s priorities to your attention. It’s up to you to decide when that priority should be managed into your world. It’s not the other way around. [...]

Great addition Chris, I have followed you for a bit now and sort of knew what you did. Really think this page will help lots of people get a clearer picture, nice one!
Funny I am joining Maya's Community because of your email, I too have a Real Estate Community almost the same in Australia and am keen to do more stuff on hers but because of your connectedness with people it has opened up another channel for many I'm sure.
Great stuff and keep up the brilliant work!

Chris,
I'm jumping on now. As someone very new to social media and all its derivatives, I'm continually amazed at "connection's" power. For example, two weeks ago I'd never heard of you or Julien, and now I've independently crossed social pathways and am quite better professionally as a result. I've only scratched the surface on the social networking/marketing, arguable an industry itself only scratching the surface. 2011 and the future are very bright indeed.

Wishing you a great year and please keep typing as we all benefit.

Cheers,
