Uh-oh…

October 19, 2004

I woke up this morning and felt a weird tickle in the back of my throat. Jon said he’s having the same thing. Uh-oh.

The good news is, someone gave me the best motivation yet for doing my marathon in November. Just the kick in the balls I needed.

F you, cold.

Yikes. There are a lot of you sickos out there today. Here is the very last of the good Karma I’ve built up. I gave the rest to Jon and Deene so hopefully nobody else gets this cuz I’m all out.

Chris- I found your website through a reader of my journal awhile ago. Then two other people just sent me your site. I had asked for suggestions for “motivational” websites in my journal entry today. Just thought you would like to know your site is motivating others- and I truly enjoy visiting it myself!

Nice. SC

Motivational indeed…that’s our Chris! I’ve missed your pep posts my friend. :) Healing thoughts to fight off that cold before it even catches you. ;)
