I found this review only by chance -- and at first, I thought you were reviewing someone else's book, as you took so long to make fun of the cover, but yet provided a link that showed a totally different one. Pretty funny stuff since I happen to be color blind. I have not yet read Mr. McKain’s book, but I have read those written by him previously, have had the opportunity to hear him speak, and have pre-ordered The Collapse of Distinction as well.
