I just got done reading Jeanne Bliss’s “I Love You More Than My Dog”: Five Decisions That Drive Extreme Customer Loyalty in Good Times and Bad. It is exactly the kind of book companies need to read, if they care about service excellence, and if they need to see the results and benefits of following a path to customer loyalty. Also, I have a Kindle - LOVE IT --especially because I have a hrad time finding business books I have not read at an airport book store.
