The End of Business As Usual

I’m a bit late in reviewing Brian Solis’s great book, The End of Business As Usual: Rewire the Way You Work to Succeed in the Consumer Revolution (amazon affiliate link). He’s done a good job in this book of being pretty thorough, of having some deep thoughts, and illustrating them both with words plus, well, good illustrations. I find the book useful, engaging, and definitely worth checking out. Here’s a video review:

    So much data Chris, does anyone really have the time to plow through all your recommendations ?

    In a way, it’s like the Winchester house full of mysteries and countless doors, which door / book / suggestion do we choose ?

      I have read more books since the Kindle came out than my whole college career. I tend to average about 2-3 books a week depending on how much documentation I need to read at work. Considering I have 2 young children and a full time job I think I am doing a pretty good job at quickly absorbing content.

       If you ever want to discuss/brainstorm how you can do this just drop me a line. I am sure brainstorming it a little might help me improve as well.

    I’m notorious for note taking when reading book. It helps me absorb the book better. I can’t say I’m a huge fan of Brian Solis but he’s definitely someone I pay some attention to. I think I’ll pick this book up and give him and honest try.
