Chasing the hockey stick was hilarious… and so true.

I’ve only got through the first 5, but I’m really impressed with the diversity of style and ideas. I didn’t think I’d really get much out of the fundraising post, but bullet point 3 (the royal wedding required an ask) really made me sit and think about the opportunities I’ve created and how it all started from a simple question.

I guess this proves that you can learn something from any corner of the universe if you’re willing to dive in. Thanks for sharing these posts, Chris. I look forward to what I’ll learn from the rest!

BTW, the ‘thoughts on cancer’ article seems to have been unpublished. You can still find a google cache is you search, but I’m not sure if the author knows we’re looking for it.

    • http://chrisbrogan.com Chris Brogan

Well rats. I definitely posted it much later than when I got it, so that’s my fault.

      • http://rickmanelius.com Rick Manelius

No blame intended. It’s a bummer that the article isn’t published if you liked it, unless of course the author changed his mind on if he wanted that information public.

That was my blog.  Unfortunately,  the website had to be taken down because of compliance reasons with my broker/dealer.  (They decided they had to review all of our material so we just use Stage 2 Planning.  I will re-post the article today.  I forgot I had sent Chris this post or it would have been put up again.  When I post it, I’ll come back and add the URL.

          Thanks.

Good morning Chris! (and Friends ;)  Wow! Thank you for featuring 2 of my posts this week… “Stop Hiding… Start Engaging” and “My Mother, My First Mentor” I woke up this morning and what a pleasant surprise indeed!

I tell you Chris, I looove to blog and most of the time, I really just say what’s in my heart… Prior to Blog Topics, there was no format to my blog… it was random and most of the time, there was no congruency from beginning to end…

After subscribing to your Blog Topics a few months ago, you helped me with having a structure and using compelling images AND at times, even videos.  Not to mention, now I have a long list of ideas that anytime I don’t feel inspired to blog, I can look at those ideas and come up with at least 3 blog posts!

I look forward to reading everyone’s posts… Congratulations to all the members of Blog Topics as we have stumbled into something so priceless and Chris… thank you for always “growing big ears” (and eyes) and for always caring to engage and celebrate members of your community.

    Much appreciated…
