Stand Up to Cancer
Tara has posted a great video on her blog related to her Stand Up for Cancer project. I talked with Tara a few weeks ago about the project, and it looks like it’s launching in a great way. I saw Kevin Dugan’s post about it, and got the chance to take a look myself.
Now it’s your turn. Read Tara’s post and join in.
Lots more to do here.

Thanks Chris, it was good talking to you about the project, thanks for spreading the word to stand up against cancer.
This is a great idea! I love it!
For french readers I would like to point out a blog dedicated to women touched by breast cancer :
http://www.femmesavanttout.com
It’s a space where they can speak to each other about what they are living and how to keep being a woman during the fight against the disease.
Hope you’ll enjoy it.
Dear Chris thanks! My wife of 38 years died of cancer in 2000
I have been battling a form of Lymphoma for years! We all know Death has no Dominion, but someday we hope all diseases will be controlled or cured ! It is important to stay positive!
Thanks to Tara Of Course for her kindness !
Dear Chris: My husband, Stan, has colon cancer that has matasized to his liver, lungs and now bone. We found out that he had cancer in April 2002. Doctors and hostipals in Nebraska told him to go home and die . . . no options! I found a web site of the “Cancer Treatment Centers of America” . . . we called them. In June 2002 we flew out there to Zion Illinois . . . it has given him over six years of life . . . so NEVER give up! We are still fighting cancer but hopefully they will come up with a cure! Hold your head up high . . . keep smiling . . . and NEVER give up without a fight! Thanks for your blog and keep posting! :-) Blessings to you! Jane Lichtenberg
Is standupforcancer.org for real??? I am a cancer survivor, but there doesn’t appear to be a website. ??

Stand up for cancer? Personally, I’m opposed to cancer.
